Désirée H. Young, M.B.A. is the founder of VentureWalk Business Partners, LLC. As an in-the-trenches advisor, she supports CEO’s, directors and leaders in identifying the path to growth that honors their values, serves their community and positively affects their bottom line. She leads a team of creative and analytical professionals that are hand-picked for every client project.

Desiree holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Boston University and an M.B.A. in entrepreneurship and marketing from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She’s a self-proclaimed professional student and life-long learner.

As a sought-after speaker and trainer, Désirée has been dubbed the Marketing Maven by BlackMBA Magazine and featured for her management advice in blogs and publications including Home Business and Black Enterprise magazines.

As a business developer and coach, her clients refer to her as their Business GPS. She has also served as a mentor and faculty member of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses initiative.
